COLD SANDWICHES
Now an integral part of modern eating habits, sandwiches have earned their own rightful place at the Atrium Coffee Shop. Available from the early hours of the morning, we take care to offer a wide variety, all prepared ‘in-house’ using fresh bread and top-quality fillings.

Hot sandwiches and quiches
To prepare these hot dishes, we suggest installing, where possible, within the Coffee Shop at the Atrium, where guests at this outlet can enjoy a wide choice and a quick checkout. For certain hot dishes known as «made-to-order», or those offered outside peak times, we also recommend installing a professional appliance called « Merry-Chef», to toast and reheat certain dishes. Particularly efficient and practical, it combines the speed of a microwave with the crispness of a traditional oven. This means that, at any time, guests can enjoy hot, complete meals, ideally accompanied by a small seasonal salad, for a quick and balanced lunch break.

Salads and sushi
Eldora offers a selection of mixed salads and sushi, ready to eat in or take away. Prepared every morning using the freshest ingredients, these culinary specialities make for a complete meal; they will delight you with their creativity and the attractive presentation of their packaging.

Desserts
Whether indulgent or fruit-based, they will delight with their colours and presentation.
